This is going to be short because I have another headache and really not feeling like doing this. I didn’t eat lunch so I know that’s what it is. I ate a late breakfast and headed to work and didn’t think to take anything to eat.
So for breakfast I had chicken apple sausage with sauteed kale. While at work I had a Lara bar and some banana chips so that held me over. For supper we had grilled salmon with roasted asparagus (that I burned) and sweet potato fries. Gosh those things are so good.
Almost halfway there. I can do this!!
